Our history
Christophe et Clémentine FABRE
The birth of Maison Fabre results from the marriage of two harmonious personalities, both in their personal lives and in their professional careers on construction sites.
Clémentine Fabre began her career in Megève in 2010 as a business manager, overseeing the renovation of more than 30 properties for private and professional clients in exceptional locations such as Megève, Saint-Tropez, Luxembourg, London and Geneva.
At the same time, she distinguished herself as a gallery owner specializing in vintage furniture trained by François Dumas, then in contemporary art under the tutelage of Alex Reding in Luxembourg and internationally. Its audit expertise also extends to the revitalization of companies in difficulty since 2020, with particular attention paid to art galleries, real estate developers, and real estate agencies, among others.
Christophe Fabre , for his part, is a versatile field man. His past in the army and as a volunteer firefighter instilled in him rigor and attention to detail . His career then led him to the renovation of private properties, where he acquired in-depth expertise in all finishing trades.
His success in project management, the management of different trades, and his passion for finishes make him an expert who attaches paramount importance to the excellence of the work accomplished.

DEVELOPMENT PLAN & 3D & INSPIRATION BOARDS

With Clémentine, we offer you a complete service for the design of your 2D layout plans, aimed at simplifying and optimizing the completion of finishing work, both inside and outside.
This preliminary step allows all the necessary elements to be put in place upstream, thus facilitating communication between the client and the company.
Secondly, we create 3D models and corresponding sketches to bring your projects to life.
We offer two types of 3D renderings:
3D Visualization Renderings: These renderings allow you to immerse yourself in the spaces and visualize your projects before their execution. They are recommended for individuals who wish to plan for their future property.
Professional 3D Renderings: Intended for developers, real estate agents, hoteliers and professionals in the sector, these high quality renderings are suitable for use on websites, in the press, flyers and other communication media. They offer a professional and qualitative presentation of your projects.
Our prices vary depending on the type of 3D rendering:
Visualization Renderings: From €30 per square meter.
Professional 3D renderings: €1500 per image.
In addition, during the project phase with Clémentine, we create trend boards, one for each room. These boards detail the atmospheres, colors, materials and selected furniture, thus providing clear and precise specifications before moving on to the work phase.

WORKS MANAGEMENT& INTERIOR ARRANGEMENT
In collaboration with Christophe as main contact, we will ensure precise monitoring of the progress of our work.
On a daily basis, we go to the site morning and evening to check the presence of companies and supervise the progress of the work.
Every week, we organize a site meeting during which we record in a report the progress made, any problems encountered as well as the solutions put in place.
We also provide you with a detailed progress report with photographs.
These weekly meetings allow complete, precise and quality monitoring of construction sites.
On a monthly basis, you participate in person or via videoconference in a site meeting during which we set objectives for the coming month, review schedules and discuss the presence of the various necessary trades.
Christophe, as conductor of your site, is also specialized in the third artwork installation of your fittings, furnishing, kitchen and decoration.
He supervises each phase to guarantee precise, optimal finishes and respecting the allotted deadlines.
FURNITURE DECORATION & ART ADVICE

For everything relating to furnishing and decoration, we produce, based on the interior plans developed during phase two, production plans or execution instructions for the installation and installation of custom-made furniture. , such as kitchen, bathroom furniture, dressing rooms, etc.
For the rest of the furniture, after a study of your needs, we proceed with the orders, the management of the delivery and its installation, as well as the decoration and any works of art that you could find exclusively on our site, Galaxies Companies.
We specialize in vintage furniture finds and artwork from contemporary artists.

Christophe is a versatile professional in the construction field, having acquired a specialization in finishing work on construction sites.
Its expertise extends to the installation of kitchens, dressing rooms, bathroom furniture, as well as the installation of handles, joints and various finishes.
He also excels in creating splashbacks, installing lighting and interior decoration.
In addition to his know-how in finishing, Christophe offers his services to make changes to rental apartments and on behalf of condominium trustees, in order to carry out all the necessary small improvements.
